how to order?

Select your stationery pieces, quantities and printing method, then finalize your order on our website. The choice of paper, envelopes, and ink colors, as well as the finishes and wording will be collected via a form that you will receive by e-mail within 2 business days after completing your order.

Your invitation plays an important role in your engagement. It informs your guests of your celebration details and offers a first glimpse of the atmosphere of your event. Your guests will already feel overjoyed when they will discover your precious envelope in their mail. Your invitation translates your vision and your aesthetic, and reveals the color palette, as well as the style or theme of your wedding.

how can we customize our stationery?

We invite you to read our Collection Guide carefully to see what options are available before placing an order. This is where you can discover our colors of paper, envelopes, ink, ribbons, and designs of wax stamps. Our semi-custom collections can adapt to your aesthetic and your special day.

how many invitations should we order?

Unlike stationery items of your special day (like menus or place cards), save the dates and invitations must be ordered by household and not by headcount. Among your guests, some couples of friends or family members live together. Count only one invitation for these relatives instead of two or more. It is strongly advised to order at least 5-10 extra invitations in case you have forgotten someone on your list, or if some guests regretfully decline your invitation and you would like to invite someone else instead. Having a few sets of invitations aside also allows you to keep some as memories and provide one to the photographer when she / he captures the ambiance of your wedding.

when to send out the save the dates?

We recommend ordering your save the dates 8-10 months before your big day to be able to send them 6-8 months in advance. This gives your loved ones time to organize, especially for transportation and accommodation.

when to send out the invitations?

Invitations can be sent later because your guests will have already reserved your date thanks to the save the date. We recommend ordering your invitations 6-9 months before your wedding so you can post them 3-4 months before your big day.

WHEN AND TO WHOM TO SEND A THANK-YOU CARD?

In principle, all those who attended your wedding or who were unable to be there physically but sent you a gift must receive a card to thank them for their presence or their attentions. We recommend that you take note of which gift was offered by which guest so you can customize your lovely notes. Thank you cards should be sent as soon as possible after your wedding. If for some reason you do not have the possibility to send them within 3 weeks of your event, thank your guests in a less formal way by phone or email at first. Also remember to thank all the people who helped make your celebration unique, whether it’s the owners of the venue, the caterer or the florists.
